Has donated to various charities and been involved with community events
RICHMOND, Texas, May 27, 2018 (Newswire.com) - It's rare in any industry for a company or individual to win awards for their work, and become a valuable member of the community. Steven Kinne has achieved both during his tenure in the real estate industry.
Through long hours and hard work, Kinne led his realty team, The Kinne Group with RE/MAX Fine Properties, to honors and awards. With a 2017 sales total of over $41 million, the staff won The Diamond Award at the RE/MAX of Texas Annual Convention. The team won the award in January earlier this year.
The Diamond Award becomes awarded to the realty staff that has a high sales volume for the past year. The experienced Kinne Group team closed more than 1,200 transactions in their history. That comes out to an amount of nearly $170 million in overall sales.
While the award for the amount of money the team sells, they actually pride themselves most on their customer service and their long-established relationships with clients.
Kinne and the team are not strangers to earning awards for their work. Throughout the many years in the industry, they have received various honors, each year.
Living in the Houston, Texas area for more than thirty years, Kinne earned a business degree from Texas A&M University in 1999. The degree set him on the path to real estate, and hard work has paid off.
During his time in real estate, Kinne has become accustomed to receiving various awards. In 2016, he was recognized by the Houston Business Journal as Houston's No. 7 Top Producing Real Estate Agent. The ranking became based on the number amount of transactions that year by the agent.
The award was not the only honor Kinne has received from Houston's publications. The Houston Association of Realtors and The Houston Chronicle highlighted Kinne four years in a row. The recognition placed Kinne in the Top 25 of agents in the city of Houston. Also, the honor came because of the high volume of transactions by Kinne.
In recent years, Kinne climbed the rankings in the real estate industry of Houston. In 2013, he came in at No. 22. The following year, Kinne placed a ranking of No. 14. Then in 2015, the realtor came in at No. 10. The pattern continued into 2016's placement.
But there is one award that highlights the work Kinne has put into his company. That award is the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and Lifetime Achievement Award. Kinne became inducted into the exclusive club in 2016.
The class of Hall of Famers and Lifetime Achievement throughout the company have demonstrated exceptional success in real estate. The overall goal for any RE/MAX realtor is to achieve this level of production. To achieve this goal, the realtor must reach $3 million in commissions during their tenure with RE/MAX. Also, the agent must have completed at least seven years of service with RE/MAX.
It's not an easy honor to obtain; less than six percent of all active agents within RE/MAX will become inducted into the company's Hall of Fame and Lifetime Achievement recipients.
To go along with the highly-regarded collection of honors from RE/MAX, Kinne has become an active member of the community.
Just this past month, The Kinne Group played an essential part in the 18th Annual Young Life Golf Tournament. The tournament raised over $20,000 for local Young Life chapters. The Kinne Group was the title sponsor of the event. The company has become involved with the development of the competition for several years.
The Kinne Group was a title sponsor in 2014 and 2017, respectively. Also, the company was a partner sponsor in 2015 and 2016, respectively. The mission of Young Life has become introducing adolescents to Jesus Christ and helping them grow in their faith.
The Steven Kinne Group with RE/MAX Fine Properties continues to excel in the real estate industry and also as key figures in helping the communities they live in. Steven Kinne can be reached at 281-610-3625 or you can visit the website at www.TheKinneGroup.com.
