Dr. Steven Morris to Lend Marketing Know-How to Industry Colleagues

In an effort to diversify and share his knowledge, surgeon Dr. Steven Morris is to enter the marketing arena as a specialist consultant.

​With a background in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, Dr. Steven Morris plans to provide carefully tailored marketing guidance to fellow plastic surgeons and others in the industry.

By virtue of the advent and widespread adoption of the internet, smartphones, and social media, the marketing industry has grown exponentially over the last two decades. It's with this in mind that Dr. Morris joins a significant number of marketing professionals who are choosing to specialize by tailoring their services to a particular industry or niche.

"While many individuals in the marketing profession have chosen to focus on aspects of technology, online retail, or social media, others have opted for a more specialized approach," explains the surgeon.

By focusing exclusively on the cosmetic surgery field, Dr. Morris' marketing solutions will address opportunities and obstacles pertinent and often unique to these industries. Areas which Dr. Morris will cover include the growth of sales, brand awareness building, market share growth, and new customer targeting, as well as the launch of new products and services. He continues, "I'll set positive, confident, and achievable objectives for client projects, such as increasing inquiries from marketing communications by 30 percent before the end of the year. Another example would be to increase sales by 20 percent within a period of 12 months or less."

With more than 26 of experience in the worlds of reconstructive and cosmetic surgery, Dr. Morris has witnessed first hand the ever-evolving nature of the marketing processes behind the two industries. "By leveraging my own personal knowledge and experience," he explains, "I aim to deliver class-leading results on behalf of others in the cosmetic surgery fields to help their businesses thrive and further prosper."

In addition to surgical practice, Dr. Morris also boasts an in-depth knowledge and understanding of aesthetic medicine and non-surgical cosmetic services, as well as cutting-edge anti-aging, health, and wellness procedures.

Graduating from Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine in College Station, Texas, Dr. Steven Morris completed both plastic and general surgery residencies at Minnesota's Mayo Clinic in Rochester, before embarking on a successful career in the field of plastic surgery.
